Products and orders

Our blankets are made to order by third-party print providers through Printify. Please check your chosen design, size, contact details and delivery address before ordering. Product prices, available shipping options and applicable charges are shown before payment.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Production and shipping are separate stages. Please read our Shipping policy for current delivery information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items in one order may ship separately.

Returns and order issues

Our blankets are made to order. We do not routinely accept returns for a change of mind or a size chosen incorrectly. Please check the size before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@creepycozies.shop with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits your applicable legal rights. See our Return and refund policy.
